DE Agent

Allsites works in conjunction with the Design Experts Agent program that has been developed to assist print and web design companies to deliver website solutions for their clients

Design Experts responsibilities include

Education and training

• The development and provision of appropriate training for the Agents sales teams in relation to website sales, techniques and quotations;
• Develop appropriate programme for and training of the Agents graphic designer(s) in website architectural principles and requirements;
• The development of and provision of training for Agents clients support staff in relation to the use of the CMS.

Technical

• Complete all website programming;
• The set up of the Agents hosting platform with co-branded login;
• Management of uploading and hosting of the Agents clients websites;
• Provide weekly analysis of website performances

Support

• Provide support for the Agents support staff.

Design Experts Agents responsibilities include

Education and training

• Ensure that the Agents sales team, graphic designers and support staff attend training provided by the Design Experts and acquire and maintain adequate skills to provide a professional level of service.

Sales

• To promote the sale of websites in accordance with this agreement;
• Identifying and developing potential clients and sales opportunities.

Technical

• Conduct all necessary planning sessions with potential clients;
• Prepare and complete all design brief and quotations necessary for all client matters;
• Prepare and design website layouts to be provided to Design Experts for programming purposes; Undertake all necessary client training and support associated with developed websites;
• Design and provide to Design Experts all necessary graphics for the clients and the Agents website, including any logos used in co-branding.

Customer Support

• Provide a high quality customer support service to the website clients and where appropriate obtain support from Design Experts.
